Edward Lorenz wrote a paper in 1972 entitled: “Predictability: Does the Flap of a Butterfly’s Wings in Brazil Set Off a Tornado in Texas?” The theory was that small changes in a dynamic system could lead to unsuspected results. I am grateful for God’s hand in my daily life and know I do not appreciate all that He does to help me behind the scenes. How many butterlies, from distant times and places, has He set off for my current benefit?
