For all those who are successful in the public eye, there are also helpers, confidants, colleagues, advisers, friends, and spouses behind the scenes. They prepare the way. They support, encourage and stengthen. They share ideas and vision. They reassure in times of failure and they share the rejoicing of success. We usually don’t hear about this hidden army of supporters. 

Tonight, I again express support for my long-term friend, Mark Hutchison, who is running to become our next Nevada State Senator. He is a moral and principled man who loves God and loves his family. He will serve our state well, in large part, due to his supportive and very capable wife. I am grateful there are good families who are willing to sacrifice and serve us through the political system.
