Medical delivery has become increasingly more challenging in today’s environment. The complexities are tremendous in dealing with increasing government regulation, ever changing insurance demands, highly variable abilities and needs among a large support staff, the need for continued fine tuning of efficience, delivering exceptional quality health care, keeping patients happy, and maintaing in check the expectations and egos of multiple physicians. Who in their right mind would want to administer health care today? I am grateful for compassionate and highly competent leaders in managing our medical practice needs.
