Gratitude365- Kids (KNM#87)

Kids are great. I enjoy photographing them. This beautiful young girl was opposed at first to having her photo taken. I worked to have her warm up to me and eventually I couldn’t get her out of the camera’s view. This is a fun shot of her wandering beneath one of the tables at a reception last night.

Gratitude365- Sabate Family (KNM#86)

Today I give thanks for Bishop Sabate and his dear wife, Graciela. Bishop Sabate is the leader of the LDS Spanish ward that Michelle and I are attending. The Sabates are an amazing family who have traversed significant trials in life with faith and integrity. Their good qualities are many and varied but there is one word that best describes them more than any other- the word is LOVE. They are filled with love toward all and I feel of that love in their presence. It is inspiring for me to be with them.

Gratitude365- Nice Memory (KNM#85)

I drove by the Geisha House today. It holds fun memories for me. Years ago, on a few special occasions, our family would have dinner at the Geisha House. The food was fresh and very tasty. We also enjoyed the knife-wielding show and over-the-top humor of the table-side chef. I am glad for happy family memories.

Gratitude365- Cloud Fun (KNM#84)

The clouds were fantastic today. Made my day to take a few images of the Las Vegas sky.

Gratitude365- Returned (To the Summerlin Ward) Missionaries (KNM#83)

We have been blessed with the service of wonderful missionaries in the Summerlin Ward. Elder Dickey was one of the few that served in our ward twice during his mission. Many good missionaries have blessed our lives and it is a treat when they return for a visit. It was our pleasure to have Jason Dickey come by the other day with his friend Hollie. It was great catching up and seeing the hope of the future in these great, young, Latter-day Saints.
