Gratitude365- PS (KNM#127)

This is a great season for digital photography. There are a few film holdouts and with good reason- it is still a great medium for images. But I really enjoy the great digital tools that abound. Post-processing programs are very powerful and come in many flavors. The huge gorilla in the room is still Photoshop. Thanks to Photoshop (and a little help from my artistically talented son), I was able to put together this image of Michelle and her father. I took two images of the pair. In the first one, Michelle looked great but it was not Merlin’s best showing. In the other image, Merlin looked great and Michelle looked great, of course, but not as great as in the first photo. Enter Photoshop. Copy the head of Merlin from one image and paste it on the other image. Do a little clean up and presto chango.

Gratitude365- Flat Stanley (KNM#126)

Yesterday was the first time I had learned about Flat Stanley. Dr Rovit is doing a Las Vegas based Flat Stanley project for a friend. What a great story line! If you are one of the only other four people in the world that haven’t know about Flat Stanley, search him out on the web.

I don’t know if Flat Stanley has ever had a refraction. This might be a first thanks to Dr Rovit.

Gratitude365- Schedule Wizard (KNM#125)

Behind that mask is an amazing lady that keeps up with the ever changing scape of the clinic schedule for a dozen doctors. Sometimes we give her untimely and significant requests and she always handles them efficiently and with a smile. I am grateful for her wonderful impact on our lives.

Gratitude365- David (KNM#124)

Been thinking about David. I love him with all my heart. He is a very good man- possessing Christ-like qualities that many of us are striving to incorporate into our lives. I feel so blessed to be his father.

Gratitude365- Cindy (KNM#123)

I have a wonderful family. I don’t keep up well with all the birthdays but I know today is Cindy’s birthday. She is a lady of strong faith who has worked tirelessly, with her husband, to raise a beautiful family of eight children and who knows how many grandchildren (another thing I can’t keep up with). I am grateful for the example of her life and for her constant love.
