Gratitude365- Education Week (KNM#197)

I am grateful Michelle and I could spend a few days at Brigham Young University during Education Week. It is a wonderful yearly offering of instruction on countless themes. The classes were uplifting and inspiring and it was fun to visit the campus of our Alma matter. We caught up with dear friends and family and we even managed one of the famous BYU mint nut brownies. It was a great few days.

Gratitude365- Tommy (KNM#196)

I was grateful to see my dear friend Tomm earlier this week. Although we have only seen each other a few times in the past 20 years, it was as if we had never been separated. The visit was wonderful. The only thing that would have made the reunion better would have been to see his sweet wife as well. Dear friends are a priceless gift.

Gratitude365- Pretty Food (KNM#195)

I enjoyed our dinner outing with the family last Saturday. This particular sandwich, a favorite of some of the boys, is presented in a colorful, interesting way. I have always been intrigued by it. I am learning to more fully appreciate creativity, even in the small things of life.

Gratitude365- The Baker Side (KNM#194)

I am happy Michelle and I could spend last night with her family. We had a fun dinner gathering at Murray State Park. I was very impressed with these two beautiful girls, Lizzie and Clara. I loved watching them play with each other, enjoying the simple pleasures of tree branches, leaves and running here and there. I can learn a lot from these happy-spirited souls.

Gratitude365- Sunshine Where it’s Rare (KNM#193)

We have nearly 24 hour sunshine here in the desert city of Las Vegas. But in Ketchikan most of the days are overcast or rainy. I was happy to catch a few beautiful days in the Misty Fiords National Monument.
