At least that is what she is called by one of our patients. Beth is the new clinical supervisor at Shepherd Eye Center. She took time yesterday to have a retreat of sorts with the glaucoma team (at least with glaucoma team 2). She stayed with us during the morning, observing our process, taking notes along the way. After that, we all went to lunch together. Beth, in her gifted way, shared some very insightful ideas and delivered them in Bethonian fashion- in just the right way for all of us. The following video is from the end of our luncheon and is NOT Beth approved. Oh well, I suppose she will get over it or at least know the best way to reprimand me.
